‘Health Hub Utrecht’ invite me to publish the story behind my expo ‘Knuffel’ and my vision of well-being on their online exposition. It’s part of 100 inspirational designs for health And happiness in 2022.

‘Hug’ is a simple ritual in our daily life. Besides, it has great benefits for our health. It helps to reduce our anxiety, make us feel less lonely and perhaps keep us younger. In the project ‘knuffel’ I show the power of the fragile dry flowers by creating the physical and symbolic ‘Self-Hugging’.
